Job Description
- Answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively.
- Maximise direct sales by developing a proactive selling mind and applying latest marketing policy and product knowledge.
- Effectively communicate Nile Air product ranges and fares and ticketing conditions with the highest customer service and accuracy.
- Be fully acquainted with Amadeus airline reservation system and ensure accurate data entry into Nile Air systems.
- Maximise the revenue contribution and yield mix of Nile Air within agreed cost of sale targets through the effective use of all available telesales tools
- Recognise and acknowledge Frequent Flyer members and all aspects of FFP program. Actively contribute towards the promotion of FFP program.
- Keep up-to-date on products, services, commercial policies, operational updates and systems.
- Active usage and knowledge of all e-commerce tools (NileAir.com etc)
- Support ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
- Support Nile Air Holidays Products if any.
- Maintain a visible and participative style, being enthusiastic, responsible, motivated and responsive to customers.
- Take the responsibility of any specific functions or tasks, which have been attributed to him/her by the management team.
- Present a professional and favorable image of Nile Air at all times.
- Ensure work area is maintained tidy, clean and organized.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- MUST have experience on Amadeus.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including Night Shifts.
- Can work in the Sheraton Area
- Has a bachelor's degree.
- High speed in Arabic Typing Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in contact center field, aviation or travel industry.
- Can handle non-voice channels like live chat and WhatsApp with agreed quality standards and SLA.
- Excellent knowledge of aviation products and technicalities.
