Job Description
- Promptly and professionally respond to B2B inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and various communication platforms.
- Analyze partner requirements to recommend the most appropriate packages and solutions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on quotations and outstanding deals to optimize conversion rates.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with travel agency partners and B2B clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and quotations.
- Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for internal evaluation.
- Regularly update client records and booking histories within Excel or CRM systems.
- Coordinate effectively with reservations, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless booking processes.
- Manage special requests, including VIP, group, and customized tours, ensuring timely and precise execution.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell tours, packages, and group deals.
- Contribute actively toward meeting and exceeding the team’s B2B sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the tourism industry, hospitality or related field.
- Strong verbal and written skills for clear, professional interaction with B2B clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to extract, interpret, and analyze performance-related data and sales reports.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify, generate, and follow up on new leads independently.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Fluency in Spanish OR Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate client records.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Precision in handling bookings, amendments, cancellations, and documentation.
- Efficient management of multiple inquiries, records, and follow-ups simultaneously.
