Skills And Tools:
- Daily updates the fleet reservation reports
- Provide daily accurate information in regard to reservation volume& flow and fleet capacity planning
- Support coordination between stations in regard to (cover fleet shortage and allocate outsourcing on profitable reservations)
- Monitor actions related to fleet movements between corporate and retail to ensure right allocations
- Increase reservations resources with adding new potential (individual, Co short term and travel agencies)
- Provide high level of services to customers
- Support to meet full customers’ requirements
- Enhance response to customers’ requests
- Compare rates compare the company’s rates with other car rental companies to take the correct decision to increase the number of reservations.
- Prepare the Revenue Analysis On daily basis update the Win-loss Sheet to track revenue of the reservations coming through the reservations department.
- Update the tracking sheet Update the reservations tracking sheet with the actual number of reservations per station vs. the forecasted (Targeted) and send it every Thursday to CFO
Assist in the utilization analysis & Check free vehicles:
- Access the daily fleet utilization on daily basis and allocate the cars that are not allocated yet and assist the stations in case there is any shortage
- Check the daily fleet utilization sheet to check what are the available cars to be used in the reservations
- Excellent English.
- Bachelor degree
- 5 to 8 Years of Experience in the same field.
- Aware of the reservation systems.
