Job Description
- Follow up on delivery orders and manage the routing of distribution vehicles.
- Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely stock supply.
- Manage branch expenses efficiently and minimize unnecessary costs.
- Follow up on customer receivables, bounced checks, and overdue payments.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance using Oracle ERP.
- Review and validate customer documents, account openings, and changes.
- Approve staff attendance, leaves, and field visits.
- Lead, coach, and train the branch team to meet performance goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in accounting software; Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Good in English (both written and spoken).
