Job Description

  • Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets concerning the new customers’ list.
  • This client-facing role will be responsible for generating new business leads, selling to, and maintaining the client base, and meeting company-wide growth goals through increased revenues.
  • Make the necessary market research and competitor analysis needed for work.
  • Seizing opportunities and enhancing needed procedures for getting customers.
  • Working with project management to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, and achieve deals.
  • Informing potential clients of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of dealing with Manethon for Translation Services.
  • Preparing quotations for clients and following up on the transformation of these quotations into actual projects.
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and addressing quotation requests as necessary.
  • Managing and monitoring pricing and contractual issues with the relevant specialist in the office.
  • Effective communication with project managers.
  • Providing customer support through managing the requirements of clients in cooperation with project managers.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in business development of the translation industry.
  • A University degree or equivalent qualification related to business development is recommended.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and discovery to contract negotiation.
  • Research new avenues of business and leads in order to increase sales numbers.
  • Experience in the translation industry.
  • Giving reports illustrating the achievement of sales targets regularly.
  • The ideal candidate would have established a good network of professionals and customers in the translation field.
  • Excellent negotiation and high communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Fluency in English is required, and fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
  • High presentation skills and ability to finalize deals.
  • Has to be comfortable with doing telesales, and has to be aspirant and confident.
  • Well-organized.
  • Team player who has excellent interpersonal skills.
