Prospecting and Business Development Executive (Automobile Parts & Accessories)

 

Reporting to: Marketplace Director

Our team sells, optimizes, and provides customer service in more than 15 countries across Europe, Asia, and USA. We have business clients and we manage their online trades.

EMOTIV provides outsourced services to sellers, brands, and manufacturers such as Inventory, Data Optimization, Account Management, Customer Service and Web Development. We want to enable them to represent themselves on multichannel e-commerce platforms, this predominately is eBay and Amazon.

We also provide services directly to eBay and represent them in several countries around the world.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Prospecting and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the Automobile parts and accessories category for a major marketplace. Your goal is to introduce EMOTIV's groundbreaking products and services to prospective customers, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales specialists.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: COLD CALLING
  • Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from EMOTIV's EEG technology and solutions.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects, introducing them to our product offerings.
  • Utilize email and social media platforms to complement outreach efforts.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of EMOTIV's products, including our EEG headsets and software applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and how EMOTIV's solutions can address emerging needs.
  • Engage & Qualify Prospects:
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to understand the prospect's needs and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of EMOTIV's technology tailored to each prospect.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit.
  • Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure seamless handover of information.
  • CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Update contact information, call notes, and next steps promptly.
  • Feedback & Reporting:
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams about market responses.
  • Report on call activities, lead conversions, and pipeline status.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
  • Experience in technology, neuroscience, or healthcare industries is a plus
