Job Description

 

  • Represent our medical staff at the front desk and facilitate interactions with patients in a friendly manner.
  •  Welcome incoming patients and guide them through the process of booking an appointment or checking in to meet with a doctor. 
  • Schedule medical appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence).
  • Process invoices, bills and payments beside money collection.
  • organizing medical records, preparing reports, processing paperwork, returning messages and updating patient accounts.
  • Work with insurance companies to process claims and collect due payments. 
  • Ordering and maintaining clinic supplies.
  • Responsible for clinic inventory. 
  • Monitoring and follow up with the lab. 
  • Revising invoices sent by implant companies and external labs. 
  • Organizing the clinic workflow. 
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Graduates only are welcome to apply. 
  • Excellent in English.
