Job Description
- Represent our medical staff at the front desk and facilitate interactions with patients in a friendly manner.
- Welcome incoming patients and guide them through the process of booking an appointment or checking in to meet with a doctor.
- Schedule medical appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence).
- Process invoices, bills and payments beside money collection.
- organizing medical records, preparing reports, processing paperwork, returning messages and updating patient accounts.
- Work with insurance companies to process claims and collect due payments.
- Ordering and maintaining clinic supplies.
- Responsible for clinic inventory.
- Monitoring and follow up with the lab.
- Revising invoices sent by implant companies and external labs.
- Organizing the clinic workflow.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
