Job Description
- Prepare monthly payroll according to company procedures while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Assist Managers in resourcing their organizational needs by defining effective Job Descriptions and recruitment process so the Company hires capable people in the right place at the right time
- Support internal & external auditors with speedy, accurate reports upon request, to facilitate finding needed evidence required for the auditing process.
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Manage and ensure that the company is in compliance with local labor regulations and other international regulations.
- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and fairness (transparency) within the organization
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Follow up on licenses, subscription and any registration follow up.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a HR Generalist, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Knowledge of employment labor law, Payroll, and income taxes deductions calculations - All payroll ratios is MUST
- Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word) is MUST.
- Additional HR training will be a plus.
- Knowledge of international compliance related to garments industry is a plus
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Trustworthy and able to handle data with confidentiality.
- Females Preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- V. good English language.
- BSc/BA in commerce, Human Resources Management, Business administration, or a relevant Field.
