Job Description:

• You will be responsible in managing our accounts on social media platforms.
• You will also be responsible for managing the social media pages for our clients.
  Monitor user-generated content on social media platforms in real-time.
• Review and moderate comments, posts, images, and other forms of content according to established guidelines.
• Foster positive interactions within the online community.
• Respond to user comments, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  Scheduling & Publishing the monthly content plan (posts - stories)
• Enhance and assure our social media direction.
• Measure the success of every media buying campaign by data analytics.
• Follow up with customers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content and Production teams.
• Provide analytical reports
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
