- Communicates & establishes rapport with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs. Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, informing them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts /Plans
- Prepares estimates of materials to meet the requirements of the clients.
- Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
- Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
- Works thoroughly to sustain / increase the number of loyal customers.
- Gives recommendations on the pricing level of the main competitors in the market.
- Works on Sales collection activities
- Compile information pertinent to the conduction various marketing activities.
- Conducts research to identify avenues of enhancement of both sales and profitability of products.
- Conducts research to identify the components of a scheme of product advertisement applicable to social media networks. Constructs and administers the content of the scheme; collaborates with specialists on the design of various components of advertisement.
- Utilizes various programs to construct informative audio-visual material.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
- Apply Product Management to the range of Products/Services the Company offers to the marker
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Excellent Command of English Language
