Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist who can take full ownership of our online presence. This role combines skills in website management and design, social media execution, paid media campaigns, SEO, and data analytics. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital activities across platforms and presenting clear performance insights to help guide business decisions.

Website Design & Management

  • Update and manage our company website (structure, content, visuals)
  • Implement UX/UI improvements as needed
  • Optimize website for speed, responsiveness, and SEO
  • Coordinate with external developers (if needed) for advanced changes

SEO Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking
  • Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking, etc.)
  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly content
  • Track ranking and traffic using SEO tools (Google Search Console, etc.)

Social Media Management

  • Plan, design, and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone
  • Monitor community engagement and interactions
  • Use design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe) for visual assets

Paid Ads & Media Buying

  • Launch and manage campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Define target audiences, forecasting results, and run A/B testing
  • Track ad spend and return on investment (ROI)
  • Adjust campaigns based on performance data

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor all digital KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other dashboards
  • Prepare clear monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Present campaign performance, user behavior, and website traffic to management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing and web management
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress or Webflow (or similar CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and digital reporting
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
