Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital media strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth. You will oversee digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, and performance analytics to ensure we effectively reach and engage our target audiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Management: Oversee the development and curation of high-quality digital content across platforms, including our website, blogs, social media, and email. Ensure content consistency with our brand’s voice and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Analyze performance and adjust strategies to boost reach and engagement.
- SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Develop and oversee SEM campaigns, including PPC advertising and keyword management.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on key performance metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices. Experiment with new tools and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement robust digital media strategies aligned with our overall marketing goals and business objectives. Identify target audiences and craft tailored strategies for engagement.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers. Foster a collaborative environment, set clear goals, and provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
