Job Description

  • Follow up on leads and attract new clients.
  • Identify and approach potential clients.
  • Help the business meet sales and revenue goals.
  • Negotiation and planning for short and long-term subscriptions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities that match Company’s strategies.
  •  Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  •  Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues and inquiries if needed.
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to meet clients’ expectations.
  •  Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of Company’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
  • Attend meetings and provide full orientation about Company’s services for clients.
