Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize daily sales operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales processes, policies, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and project management to streamline workflows and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends, forecast sales, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and effective utilization for reporting and decision-making.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in partnership with senior management.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain seamless sales execution.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales operations performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales operations activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales processes within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably at a managerial or supervisory level.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
