Job Description
- Oversee and optimize daily sales operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop, implement, and refine sales processes, policies, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably at a managerial or supervisory level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
