The role combines engineering execution with a market-focused strategy, ideal for candidates with a strong technical and commercial background.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies for new products, covering market entry, pricing, and launch plans.Coordinate with business development, design, and production teams to convert market needs into engineered solutions.Oversee material selection, design validation, testing, and compliance with armoured product standards.Continuously improve existing products to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with expectations and project goals.Monitor advancements in materials, vehicle integration, and protection systems to drive innovation.Support sales and marketing teams through technical documentation and product training.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).8+ years of experience in product development, particularly in steel fabrication, defence, or heavy equipment sectors.In-depth knowledge of armour-grade steels, ballistic standards, and steel design and manufacturing.Proven experience in taking engineered products from concept to launch.Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.Proficient in CAD, FEA, and product lifecycle management tools.Experience in a fast-paced fabrication environment.Must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates. Experience in armoured steel applications within the defence/military industry is essential.
