Job Description

We’re looking for driven and detail-oriented candidates to join our Customer Success team – a role that goes far beyond basic support.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a key part in making sure our clients not only get started smoothly but also stay happy, engaged, and growing with us.

You’ll also be working with an authentic and efficient environment that encourages you to grow, learn, and evolve. You’ll learn directly from an experienced team that’s always there to support and guide you.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Account Creation & Setup.
  • Providing dedicated support to assigned clients (via email & WhatsApp).
  • Managing technical & feature requests on behalf of clients.
  • Monitoring usage, behaviors, and product fit; Ensuring no conversation is left unattended and keeping updated client logs.
  • Creating testing checklists and technical request logs.
  • Following up, answering inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with client staff
  • Monitoring our services usage for invoicing accuracy.
  • Staying in sync with the latest product updates and implementing them properly.


Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
  • Tech-savviness and ability to easily learn and understand new softwares and tools.
  • Basic data analysis skills to understand trends and performance
  • Flexibility to work in non-fixed shifts (9-hour shifts, 5 days a week) in a work-from-home set up.
  • Stable internet connection and a properly working laptop/PC are a MUST.
  • Graduates only, without other work commitments
