Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set clear monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Sales Team Leads across retail and digital sales channels.
- Drive performance by fostering a high-energy, goal-oriented environment.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze team performance, and implement improvements.
Business Development:
- Build and nurture relationships with dealers, partners, and customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to drive growth.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
People & Culture:
- Promote an inclusive and creative team environment.

Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or senior-level sales professional in auto finance, leasing, or a related field.
- Experience leading diverse sales teams in a high-growth environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Specialized training in sales or leadership is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the Egyptian auto finance/leasing sector is highly preferred.
