• Manage company sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meet, plan sales goals.
• Set individual sales target with the sales team
• Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Training for sales people.
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Promote the company products and offerings.
• Understand the ideal customers and how they relate to the company products.
• Provide sales margin.
• Receive factory visitors
• Review incoming client orders
• Make sure all client requirements are understood during reviewing inquiries with sales representatives
• Receive client complaints and communicate with the organization.
• Maintain AMI client relations and customer satisfaction
• Make recommendations for marketing activities and advertisements
• Prepare Weekly Report and submit to CEO subsidiaries.
