Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of the different activities to promote the TMG projects to target market.
- Initiate and pursue different marketing opportunities and study their applicability.
- Prepare proposals for different activities highlighting benefits and costs incurred.
- Ensure the project’s goals are achieved according to the agreed-upon budget.
- Overlooking social media and marketing campaigns.
- Assists in directing the efforts of communication and e-marketing to ensure that all marketing output meets TMG needs.
- Coordinates with marketing agencies all related marketing needs for the destination.
- Assists in organizing (if needed) events.
- Assists in writing and proofing texts in marketing flyers and needed materials.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity with clear guidelines for all concerned to maintain consistency in TMG corporate branding.
- Assists to release figures and project updates to the Investor Relations department and official reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Postgraduate studies are a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in real estate is an asset.
