Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing plans
- Work closely with the Sales Team to analyze market trends, report results and develop a Sales Team to execute the strategy and achieve objectives
- Analyze local market trends and develop new business leads
- Contribute to the strategy, and manage the departments' adherence to achieving that strategy
- Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to stay ahead in the local market
- Develop new corporate deals
- Ensure the Sales Team Members are developed effectively and generate a culture of high-quality standards and pro-active
- Develop and implement creative local marketing channels including social media sites
- Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities
Organize Sales events to develop new business leads
Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and list of business leads
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Operation Manager Or Sales Manager
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
