Job Description
1. Monitor inventory and prepare orders for raw materials and necessary supplies to ensure consistent product availability and control inventory costs.
2. Adhere to safety and hygiene standards and ensure they are properly implemented in restaurants. Take necessary measures to prevent accidents and hazards.
3. Provide excellent customer service, including interacting with customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
4. Ensure proper implementation of internal policies and procedures and compliance with local and national standards and regulations.
5. Develop strategies for restaurant growth, business development, and increased profitability.
6. Participate in restaurant marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
7. In the event of emergency or crisis situations, act quickly and effectively to address and resolve them.
8. Prepare a short-term (6-month) and long-term (over a year) development plan, outlining the facility's goals and aspirations, and the steps for developing quality and efficiency.
9. Monitor and analyze deviations from established plans, their causes, and remedial measures, and design a specifications manual based on which employees can work in accordance with the established regulations. This manual serves as a comprehensive guide and benchmark for each of our restaurant branches.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in casual dining
- A graduate of tourism and hospitality - business administration
- No older than 50 years old
- Resident of Cairo and Giza
- Full-time available
- Holds training certificates in HACCP and Hygiene
- Has experience in training
