Job Description
- Develop Marketing Strategies: develops digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, such as increasing brand awareness and boosting sales.
- Manage Digital Campaigns: Oversees the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and websites.
- Data Analysis: Utilizes analytics tools to track performance and evaluate campaign results, adjusting strategies based on insights gathered.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Works to enhance the company's visibility in search engine results through effective SEO techniques.
- Social Media Management: Manages the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content that attracts and interacts with the audience.
- Content Creation: Responsible for developing creative and compelling content (such as articles, videos, and infographics) that engages customers and promotes the brand.
- Budget Management: Determines the budget needed for marketing campaigns and ensures effective utilization to achieve maximum ROI.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
