Job Description

  • Develop Marketing Strategies:  develops digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, such as increasing brand awareness and boosting sales.
  • Manage Digital Campaigns: Oversees the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and websites.
  • Data Analysis: Utilizes analytics tools to track performance and evaluate campaign results, adjusting strategies based on insights gathered.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Works to enhance the company's visibility in search engine results through effective SEO techniques.
  • Social Media Management: Manages the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content that attracts and interacts with the audience.
  • Content Creation: Responsible for developing creative and compelling content (such as articles, videos, and infographics) that engages customers and promotes the brand.
  • Budget Management: Determines the budget needed for marketing campaigns and ensures effective utilization to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Works closely with design, sales, and IT teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with brand objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  •  Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  •  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  •  Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  •  Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  •  Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  •  Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  •  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  •  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
