- Handling guest arrival with pick-up requests and arranging transportation.
- Stand by at the arrival terminal for every flight arrival.
- Assist with guest luggage as and when required.
- Be present at all scheduled flight landings, assist incoming guests with baggage clearance, and direct them to transport facilities.
