Internship Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the travel and event services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promote Egy’s diverse range of services, including hotel bookings, flights, Hajj and Umrah, transportation, and event organization.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand the client base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product enhancements, and market opportunities.
Internship Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or event management industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
