Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay with exceptional customer service.
Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate daily apartment operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members in both Arabic and English.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Support administrative tasks related to operations and reporting.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Female candidate fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or operations management is preferred.
