Job Description
- Vendor list management.
- Attend and organize rates practicing and bids.
- Contract formation and editing.
- Attend Exhibitions, advertising and search for new vendors.
- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Handle Information requests.
- Handle and priories all outgoing or incoming correspondence ( Email, letters, packages, etc. )
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Procurement / Tendering background and tracking system.
- Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and business communication software.
- Scheduling and coordination experience.
- Attention to detail.
