Vendor list management.

Attend Exhibitions, advertising and search for new vendors.
Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
Handle Information requests.
Handle and priories all outgoing or incoming correspondence ( Email, letters, packages, etc. )

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree.
Procurement / Tendering background and tracking system.
Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office and business communication software.
Scheduling and coordination experience.
Attention to detail.
