Job Description
- Establish and maintain an organized document control system for all project and engineering documents.
- Receive, review, and accurately log incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor document workflows to ensure timely processing, approval, and retrieval of records.
- Ensure all documents comply with company standards, project requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date records of document revisions, approvals, and version control.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to facilitate document exchange and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on document status, outstanding actions, and compliance metrics.
- Support audits by providing accurate and complete documentation as requested.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information, ensuring data integrity and security at all times.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in document control, records management, or a related administrative role.
- Excellent in English language.
- Familiarity with document management systems and electronic filing protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
