Job Description
- Track and distribute controlled documents, using approved procedures, format and distribution lists.
- Coordinate and administer the distribution of all incoming and outgoing information.
- Screen all incoming and outgoing documents for submission.
- Route various documents to different Engineers for proper handling.
- File and maintain documents in a permanent document archive.
- Prepare document searches as requested by authorized personnel.
- Maintain documented information in the log and ensure that the information inserted is accurate and up to date.
- Control the various document control reports as required.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required
- Print the different documents as required.
- Draft letters and reports as required.
- Coordinate messenger deliveries.
- Carry out additional duties as allocated by the Team Leader.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed: Fresh Graduate.
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree.
- Grade: Not Less than Very Good.
- English Level: Very Good.
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office & PDF Edit (Mandatory)
