Job Description
• Preparing, managing, reviewing and updating the overall projects schedule and specific project schedule.
• Performing critical path analysis of schedules.
• Integrating project budget and schedule to support project team analysis and reporting.
• Participating, assessing and advising in claims analysis, responsible for reviewing extension of impact on complex change requests and claims and where necessary prepare forensic planning and delay/ disruption analysis to determine the cause and effect of specific delay events.
• Work with project teams, which includes contracts and project engineers, to pull together the correct information in preparation of analysis for claims and disputes.
• Preparing schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies.
• Preparing project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans.
• Reviewing critical paths and restraints to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommends workarounds to mitigate impacts.
• Developing plans and recommendations for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems.
• Assisting in the preparation of the monthly progress report.
• Reviewing progress reports against current baseline schedules.
• Performing special analysis for resource loading and performance progress.
• Ensuring project policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
• Developing action and recovery plans to support project delivery on time.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or other relevant.
• Min. 3 to 7 years experience in the Construction and Engineering industry, Real Estate experience is a plus.
• Extensive experience in construction planning, project budgeting, Project evaluation and financial aspects of construction projects.
• Strong track record of successfully completed projects of all types and sizes.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills
