Job Description
Assist in the preparation of project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Monitor project progress and report deviations from the schedule.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, logistics, and other stakeholders.
Support the development of work breakdown structures (WBS) and project execution plans.
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
Maintain documentation for project planning and scheduling activities.
Monitor and update material and manpower schedules.
Follow up on the delivery of materials, equipment, and site readiness for elevator installation.
Track key milestones and provide early warnings for delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to risk analysis and mitigation planning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in project planning (experience in elevators/lifts industry is a plus).
Familiarity with project planning software (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of construction/project execution processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
