Serves as the Primary point-of-contact for all scheduling matters.
Complete development of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Prepares project schedules (Primavera P6, ms project …etc) for all design and shop drawings.
Reviews and approves project schedules prepared and submitted by designers and contractors.
Assists construction team in the resolution of scheduling issues that arise during construction.
Provides advice, guidance and coordinates directly with the Project Manager to evaluate schedule changes.
Attends meeting with Clients, consultancies, contractors, and others to assist in the resolution of issues and concerns related to schedule. (if Needed)
Prepares written policy and procedure for all processes that relate to scheduling and construction information management. Flow charts, where appropriate, will be incorporated into the Policies and Procedures.
Supports the HODs with scheduling input as required to ensure the proper sequencing of proposed work.
Prepares 4D , 5D 4D BIM simulation models and update them frequently to the client.
Prepare dashboards (power BI or any equivalent software).
Updates the master schedule or models (4D) on a monthly and weekly basis and provides it to the owner. (client)
Preparing monthly and weekly reports or models (5D) on cost/schedule status for the Client.
Evaluates Conutlant preliminary schedules for reasonableness.
Supervision of the document control activities on site.
