Job Description

  • Clarify the tasks and objectives of all employees, depending on the nature of their work.
  • Promote and encourage participation and communication of staff with senior levels, and open the door for them to make suggestions.
  • Answer any queries related to the working environment and its terms.
  • Planning and organizing organized work according to production requirements, in coordination with all departments in the institution.
  • Build and promote teamwork, training, supervision and support.
  • Ability to evaluate, review, provide opinion and reports, to work honestly and constructively.
  • To activate and impose appropriate and deliberate pressures to ensure the achievement of tasks and objectives without exaggeration or abuse of staff.
  • Grant and delegate duties and powers to others to achieve goals with follow-up implementation, and ensure clarity of these tasks.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of work based on timetables and deadlines and ensuring compliance with these timetables and dates through reminders and follow-up.
  • Respect the performance and good achievement, through incentives and positive encouragement.
  • Proper selection of staff, to ensure the suitability of the person with the job description and with the culture of the enterprise.
  • Grant appropriate salaries according to the scale of salaries in the institution, and must be commensurate with the nature of work and productivity of the institution, as well as performance.

Job Requirements

  • High communication and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and management capabilities.
  • Know the labor law in the country where he works.
  • Experience in administrative affairs
  • Ability to control, control and follow up all work items, without creating a burden.
