Brief
AlUla Music Hub is a vibrant space dedicated to musical exploration and performance, fostering creativity and
community engagement. Designed to support musicians of all levels, it offers rehearsal spaces, a recording facility,
and live performance venues. Through workshops, masterclasses, and collaborations, the Music Hub nurtures local
talent while attracting international artists, creating a dynamic cultural exchange.
History
Launched in 2023, the AlUla Music Hub has quickly become a vibrant center for musical learning and community
engagement in the heart of the Arts District. Built around key pillars—Music Education, Public Programming, Live
Events, Retail, and a Vocational Training Program—the Hub offers a holistic platform for creative development and
cultural expression. In its first year, it trained 17 local talents, equipping them with skills to support and sustain the
region’s growing music scene. Through over 100 public programmes ranging from workshops and performances to
interactive sessions, the Hub has attracted more than 50,000 visitors. Rooted in local identity and creative exchange,
the AlUla Music Hub continues to nurture the region’s cultural landscape through sound and participation.
The operations manager should ensure a proper and smooth operation for the Music Hub as outlined below:
• Point of contact with client.
• lead on the facility management of the Music Hub
• Develop and submit a governance plan integrating the reporting, meeting frequency and feedback by client.
• Coordination and supervision.
• Day-to-day operation.
• VIP visits.
• Resource allocation and assignment.
• Aligning with client stakeholders and partners on activations and requirements.
• Ensure quality control of all items and material which will be installed in the hub, such as MEP, décor, instruments, etc.
o Service to ensure to obtain approval from client operations prior.
• Designing, developing and implementing the operation plan.
o Subject to client approval.
• Health and safety compliance.
• Quality assurance and control.
• Supervising overall facility cleaning and upkeep
• Resource management.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Crowd management supervision.
• Overlook the facility maintenance and communicate this to the relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
