Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner at Mince Activations in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing performance management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Hiring Qualified Candidates as per job openings in our BTL Agency.
• Business Development and Partnerships executives ( Mid career level)
• Sales Account Executives ( Mid Career level)
• Operations and Logistics coordinator
• Implementing HR policies and Contracts.
