Job Description
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR management.
