Job Description

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Work with managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment processes.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide coaching to managers, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommend improvements in HR processes and programs.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees and leaders.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
    • Proven experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
