Senior Recruitment Specialist

Main Duties:

• Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers at headquarters and in international field offices to understand their strategic staffing needs
• Manage candidates interview at all stages (screening – interviews – reference check – offering – hiring)
• Assists in screening the walk-in CVs and Conducting interviews on the behalf of the supervisor
• Coordinates, updates, delivers the Orientation session of the department in accordance with the Head of Department.
• Assists in managing and implementation of KPIs & Performance appraisals
• Assists in other HR Functions in case of need.
