Job Description
Main Duties:
- Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers at headquarters and in international field offices to understand their strategic staffing needs
- Manage candidates interview at all stages (screening – interviews – reference check – offering – hiring)
- Assists in screening the walk-in CVs and Conducting interviews on the behalf of the supervisor
- Coordinates, updates, delivers the Orientation session of the department in accordance with the Head of Department.
- Assists in managing and implementation of KPIs & Performance appraisals
- Assists in other HR Functions in case of need.
Job Requirements
- HR Diploma is a must
- Minimum 4 year experience is required in Recruitment (Preferably in advertising or software agencies)
- Very good English (spoken & written) is a must
- Presentable skills
