Job Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an OD (Organizational Development) Specialist
- Working closely with Group CHRO & Red Sea HR Supervisor and all managers & heads.
- Work based in Cairo, Egypt, with work hybrid at (Marsa Alam, Hurghada, North Coast) to finalize projects in a few days (According to business need monthly).
- Responsible for developing and implementing organizational development programs
- Design Org. Charts with coordination's with managers
- Creating Policies & Procedures
- Conducting Job Analysis meetings with managers
- Creating Job Descriptions for all jobs
- Creating Competencies frame work & matrix
- Designing Candidates assessments.
- Responsible for Orientation Program.
- Responsible for Probation period evaluations.
- Responsible for Annual evaluations
- Initiate & implement performance management system (PMS)
- Improve organizational structure to improve efficiency by advisement
Job Requirements
- Skills in Organizational Development, Program Development, and Consulting
- Experience in design Org. Chart, create policies & procedures, implement job analysis, create job descriptions, competencies matrix, conducting assessments and data analysis
- Expertise in designing and facilitating training programs and workshops
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a must
- Tourism experience is preferred
- English Language is a must
- Other Language is preferred
- Ms Office is a must
- Visio is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
