o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

o Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
o Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
o Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
o Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, challenges, and best practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role in the home appliances industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Additional Information:
