About the Job

We seek a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help fuel grow and achieve revenue targets through prospecting 

 Responsibilities :

  • Proactively pursue and qualify sales leads via phone, email, and social media • Effectively communicate with the closing Sales team and schedule calls, webinars, and appointments with qualified leads for them • Conduct a needs assessment, determine client requirements and expectations in order to pass qualified sales opportunities onto the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Managing and documenting activities, leads, opportunities, and accounts in Salesforce.
  • Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).
  • Make 75+ outbound phone calls each day
  • Gain business knowledge through effective research Experience/Skills Previous experience in lead generation and prospecting in a software company.
  • Persuasive and confident communication experience.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent English is a MUST 
  • Previous Sales Experience in a Software Company is a Must
  • Sales experience against quota/sales objectives
  • Prospecting experience. (Lead generation)
  • Social media and networking experience.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce a plus).
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
