Job Description

Our Travel agency in Heliopolis seeks a cheerful, positive, and dedicated office admin. 

Job Description:

  • Provide high-standard and professional administrative and secretarial support.
  • Enter and update data on the website.
  • Responsible for proofreading and editing all written content before it is uploaded to the website. This requires a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for grammar and spelling errors.
  • Collect high-quality photos for all our websites.
  • Take meeting minutes and conduct online research.
  • Coordinate with the company teams and managers
  • Organize documents, reports, and order office supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
  • Excellent English (Speaking & Writing), and typing speed.
  • Detail-oriented, positive, and a strong communicator.
  • Capable of multitasking and working extra hours.
