Job Description
The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities with businesses. This individual will build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and effectively present our company's products or services to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue potential B2B clients.
- Conduct market research and identify target industries and companies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events.
- Report on results.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
