Job Description
- Planning & organizing the processes of recruitment and selection procedures
- Follow & direct job posting , screening CV's , making interview's , deliver job offer & Hiring to ensure that the company has Staff of the right caliber to enable it to meet its corporate objectives
- Follow up the latest developments in the field of recruitment and carry out the necessary procedures for permanent and temporary appointments.
- Negotiate with the employment companies to ensure the best employment offers for the company
- Participate in the recruitment exhibitions and work on registering the company in exhibitions to provide opportunities to choose the best elements
- Handle all CVs of applicants and save them in a database for reference.
- Maintain the existing staff database and prepare the actual strength report for all posts
- Review the evaluations of the new employees after probation period of appointment to determine the adequacy and efficiency of the employee
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same filed
- Diploma in HR
- Good command of English language
- Having interpersonal communications
