Job Description
- Receive and process leads.
- Follow up sales team inputs on CRM
- Coordinate between departments to issue clients contract
- Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and client records.
- Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
- Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Handling the operations on CRM (Adding Leads on CRM, Assigning Leads to the sales team)
- Follow up the feedback and sales comments, the rotation of the lead on the CRM.
- Assisting in quality assurance regarding (Making sure that sales calls are going well ).
- Editing, reviewing and receiving customer checks, and issuing a portfolio of checks for receipt.
- Follow-up cash payments and bank transfers of reservation amounts and customer advances.
- Generate the company’s sales reports and track them versus objectives / budgets.
- Supports the sales department in its daily work flow and sales analysis
- Validating all unit’s technical and financial specifications
- Manage and safeguard the company’s customer database.
- Manage and process all of company's clients contractual and financial requests.
Job Requirements
- From 2-5 years experience in real estate companies.
- Very good knowledge in CRM & MS office.
- Organized and Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree.
