Job Description
Provides administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive officer.
• Coordinate follow ups on implementation of the company short-, medium- and longterm business plan.
• Prepare required reports as assigned by the CEO. • Follow up with teams on the reports regarding Medium Term Plan-MTPimplementation, report any deviation and maintain continuous reporting.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Schedules and attends meetings (as assigned), writing minutes of meeting and follow up on the action plan. • Follow up staff daily, weekly, and monthly plan implementation.
• Coordinate between departments and the CEO.
• Receive incoming communication, reports, or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Manage the CEO schedule and make sure the meetings are scheduled on the calendar.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules. • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
• Maintain the CEO office filing system
Job Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Punctual.
• Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, business development and working with ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree AND/ OR MBA preferred.
