Job Description
For a big company in pharmaceutical industry located in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt, we are hiring an Office Manager to assume following responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact with the firm and the office for visitors and callers.
· Greet visitors and make sure all callers and visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and accurately.
· Answer queries from visitors and callers, and refers them to the appropriate person.
· Operates regular office work; filing, documentation, meetings coordination, office organization, ...etc.
· Handles communications through e-mails and phone calls.
· Handle all internal and external inquiries and carry out administrative activities of the front office.
· Perform other administrative duties as required.
· Flights, Hotels and Tours reservations.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree Holder.
- A Language School Graduate.
- Excellent Command of written and spoken English Language.
- Experienced for admin work (2-5 years).
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook.
- Presentable, and passionate in serving visitors.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
