Job Description
Sales
• Develop and manage a structured sales plan with clear KPIs and targets.
• Concentrate on SMEs and large enterprises with regional presence, MNCs, etc., to market Connectivity and Managed Services.
• Promote and sell products and services to target markets to fulfill their needs and meet sales targets and revenue budgets.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial (Products and Solutions/Presales) teams to create proposals catering to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Maintain a proactive and creative approach to sales opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, tele-calling, and cold calling on a daily basis.
Customer Relationship
• Build trust through social activities and public relations with key account clients, resolve their problems, and respond to their requests promptly.
• Educate clients about new offers, bundles, and services provided by Kalaam Telecom, and act as their advisor/consultant to expand the client base.
• Send client correspondence within 24 hours of a request for information as a tool for managing sales efforts.
• Promote the company’s image through professionalism, knowledge, customer orientation, and responsiveness to client needs.
• Address customer service issues raised by clients, clarify agreements, emphasize them, and work through differences to reach a positive conclusion.
Market Knowledge
• Build extensive knowledge of the market environment in which the client operates and ensure timely reporting on market intelligence.
• Stay vigilant to detect any threats from competitors and identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Generate sales opportunities by identifying suitable business targets.
Reporting
• Focus on acquiring new clients and managing existing ones.
• Provide sales reports and feedback to the manager.
• Ensure accurate entry and management of data within the company’s CRM or other sales management systems.
• Deliver feedback on field expectations.
Job Requirements
- BSc in business or a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience as a regional account manager
