Job Description
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. They work to understand customer needs, respond to inquiries promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
• Proactively identify and establish new business opportunities by seeking out potential clients who could benefit from our products and services.
• Lead the generation of sales leads through strategic cold calling initiatives.
• Prospect and qualify potential corporate accounts using various databases, directories, and offline activities.
• Consistently generate and nurture prospective customer leads and referrals.
2. Client Engagement:
• Engage with prospective clients through sales calls, emails, and networking events to establish and cultivate relationships.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gather customer requirements and liaise with the pre-sales team to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs.
• Provide clients with detailed technical assistance and comprehensive product explanations.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to effectively address client needs and secure business.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions, finalizing deals with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives through strategic planning and execution.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, documenting monthly activities and performance metrics.
4. Market Presence:
• Represent the company at industry-related exhibitions, conferences, events, and meetings to enhance market presence and network with key stakeholders.
• Be willing and able to travel as necessary to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
5. Customer Support:
• Provide exceptional after-sales support services to ensure client satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned within Egypt or internationally, as required to support the business objectives and strategic goals of the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales with proven track records
- Strong technical skills combined with sales skills.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Has a network connection.
- Detail-oriented & multitasking
- Proactive& Highly Motivated.
