Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in KSA and UAE
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any issues
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed
- Upsell agency services and identify opportunities for account growth
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors relevant to client industries
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of account management experience (preferably in a marketing/creative agency)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with cross-functional teams
- Experience handling premium clients in KSA/UAE is a plus
