Job Description

  • Conduct job analysis in assigned location in order to develop well designed job descriptions.
  • Assist in regularly updating, revising and improving the company organizational chart based on understanding of the company needs and goals.
  • Assist in establishing company recruiting requirements in assigned location by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs in order to create a well-developed manpower plan.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruitment agencies, using newsgroups and job sites as well as providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
  • Determine applicant job fitness by conducting interviews and assessments; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Ensure new employee smooth sailing in assigned location by reporting new employee requirements and delivering the company-approved on-boarding program.
  • Assist in improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Deliver all required reports in order to enhance company alignment.
  • Conduct exit interviews in assigned location in order to generate turn-over analysis reports to improve company retention rates and employer value proposition.
  • Assist with training coordination activities in assigned location as needed.

Job Requirements

  • BA in any related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment covering white & blue collars.
  • MS Office Skills
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Planning & Organizing Skills
  • Advanced follow-up skills
  • Interviewing Skills
  • Team work
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
