Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing and executing payroll operations and managing employee-related administrative functions. This role ensures timely and accurate salary processing, compliance with labor laws, and efficient handling of personnel records, benefits, attendance, and employee documentation.

Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including bonuses, deductions, overtime, and final settlements.
- Review attendance and leave data to ensure correct salary calculations.
- Coordinate with Finance for bank transfers and payroll-related reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social insurance, and labor laws.
- Handle payroll audits and respond to internal/external inquiries.
Personnel Administration:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (physical and digital), including contracts, IDs, warnings, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure proper application of labor law provisions and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit social insurance documents and manage relationships with labor and insurance offices.
- Monitor employee probation periods, contract renewals, and status changes.
Attendance and Leaves:
- Supervise attendance system data and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor leaves, vacations, absences, and overtime in line with company policies.
- Generate monthly reports on attendance and leaves.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare monthly and annual HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, overtime, absenteeism).
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with labor law and internal procedures.
- Assist with internal and external audits (labor, tax, social insurance).
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Experience with payroll systems and attendance software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
